I picked one photo of the Beatles’ fans for this assignment, photo alteration via subtraction/erasure.
The reason why I picked this photo was that I liked their passion and cheer for their idol shown in the photo.
However, their idol is gone now.

And I wanted to erase the idol’s name and photos on the placard in order to show that
their passion and cheer at the time remain now as a part of memories in the past
and become even meaningless somehow.

The process was:
First, I used eyedropper tools to select the background colors
and then used brush tools to erase the name and photos on placard.
And I got the photo shown above.
